The Register of Merit, or ROM as it is called, is the most
prestigious award a dog can earn.
The Register of Merit is granted to a
dog -- male or female --whose offspring have earned at least 5 different titles
from a Registry. By recognizing the accomplishments of their offspring, the Register of Merit acknowledges that these sires and dams are
making a superior contribution to the breed.
